Registration Rates
The below rates do not include Education Day. Rates are significantly reduced for juniors.
Junior Academic Members/Non-members are any individual who has not yet obtained an MD, Ph.D. or equivalent degree OR has obtained such a degree within the previous four years.
Senior Academic Members/Non-members are any individual who are Lab Heads (PI), post-docs, and others more than four years after obtaining an MD, PhD, or equivalent degree.

World Bank Low Income Registration
If you are registering from a world bank low income or lower-middle income country, you are eligible for a discounted registration. Check the list to see if your country qualifies. Please e-mail contact@isev.org for more information.
Companion Registration
You may purchase a companion registration for a spouse or guest. This rate is $125 per person. The companion registration includes access to the exhibit hall, lunch, coffee breaks and networking events. The companion must always be with the attendee. You can add this type onto an attendee registration when registering on the website. You can purchase more than one companion registration. If you have any questions about bringing children to this event, please reach out to contact@isev.org.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to 1 May 2024 will be
refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations on or after 1 May 2024 will not be refunded.
