ISEV24 Oral Presentation Information 

  • Oral Presentations should not be longer than 12 minutes with 3 minutes Q&A, for a total of 15 minute
  • Featured Abstract should not be longer than 12 minutes with 3 minutes Q&A, for a total of 15 minutes.
  • Oral with Poster Presentations should be less than 5 minutes with no Q&A.
  • Posters with poster pitches should be 1 minute – you do not need to prepare or upload slides for this.
  • Please bring your presentation to the speaker ready room prior to your presentation located outside Exhibition Hall 21-22. Below are the hours. We recommend those who are speaking later in the week allow those speaking at the beginning of the week to wait until Thursday to begin uploading your presentations.

  • Tuesday 7 May- 16:00- 18:00
  • Wednesday 8 May- 7:00- 16:00
  • Thursday 9 May- 8:00- 16:00
  • Friday 10 May- 8:00- 16:00
  • Saturday 11 May- 8:00- 16:00
  • Sunday 12 May- 8:00- 12:00

ISEV24 Poster Presentation Information 

  • Poster Presenters must be registered for ISEV2024
  • Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their poster to ISEV2024
  • Presenters do not need to submit their poster prior to the meeting
  • Poster sessions on Thursday and Friday only: presenters can hang their posters starting at 10:00AM in the hall and must remove their posters by 5pm on the day of your presentation
  • Poster sessions for Saturday only: presenters can hang their posters starting at 11:00AM in the hall and must remove their posters by 3:00PM 
  • As a reminder, we have three separate poster sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday so it is imperative that you remove your poster from your board on time, to make space for the next day's presenter
  • It is requested that presenters stand by their posters during their designated poster session (1 - 2 pm)
  • Please use a clear typeface for the text on your poster. The poster should include the title and author information.
  • Instructions on where to hang your poster Hall 21-22 will be sent prior to the start of ISEV2024.

ISEV24 Poster Size and Onsite Information 

  • Poster size is A0 = 33.1” wide and 46.8 high OR 841mm x 1189mm (portrait orientation).
  • Two posters will be placed on one board.  See image below. 
  • Velcro dots will be supplied at each board to hang posters.
