Risk Assessments identify potential risks that could prevent healthcare organizations from achieving their healing missions. However, many healthcare internal audit risk assessments consist of interviewing only C-Suite executives or sending risk assessment surveys out with low return results. This session will equip healthcare internal auditors to think of new ways to incorporate data analytics, virtual focus groups to have a conversation with hundreds of people at once, including subject matter experts and identifying risks for the organization. Participants will be familiarized with a reimagined risk assessment approach that will help identify top risks and develop into their value-added annual audit plans.
