Biography
Mark Despoth, CPA, Director of Internal Audit at Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH), is an expert in physician arrangement risk. Having spent the last several years in the field, Mark leads BSMH's physician-risk assessment and its project and continuous auditing efforts. Mark employs creative, insightful, and intuitive methods to evaluate and respond to emerging arrangement risk at BSMH. He frequently partners with legal, provider compensation, accounts payable, among others.
